Deposit Refund

A security deposit is collected at the time of rental to cover potential damages. The full deposit amount is refunded to the customer once the rented device (console, controllers, and accessories) is returned in the same condition it was delivered. Deposit refunds are processed on the same day the device is returned and inspected.

Returns for Defective or Faulty Devices

If a customer receives a device that is defective, malfunctioning, or not working as expected, they may return it immediately. In such cases:

  • The customer is entitled to a full refund of the rental fee, processed on the same day of the return.
  • The security deposit is also refunded in full.
  • The customer may also request a replacement device at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Return Window

Customers may return a rented device within 14 days of the rental start date for any reason. Returns for non-defective products are accepted, and the deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the device in good condition.

Restocking Fees

YallaPlay does not charge any restocking fees for returned devices.

Refund Processing Time

All refunds (rental fees and deposits) are processed within 1 business day of the return. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange a rented console for a different model (e.g., switching from PS5 to Xbox Series X), they may do so subject to availability. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Rental Agreement

  • All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by YallaPlay.
  • The rental period begins from the time of delivery and ends when the device is picked up by our team.
  • Rental prices are listed on each product page and may vary based on the rental duration (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the rented equipment during the rental period.
  • The rented console, controllers, cables, and accessories must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment will be charged to the customer. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • The equipment must not be modified, disassembled, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Delivery & Pickup

  • YallaPlay provides delivery and pickup services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman.
  • Delivery fees are displayed during checkout and vary by location.
  • Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive the equipment. A valid Emirates ID or passport may be required for verification.

Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking, including the rental fee, delivery fee, and security deposit.
  • We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online payment methods.
  • Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before delivery at no charge.
  • Once the device has been delivered, the standard return and refund policy applies (see Section 12).

Limitation of Liability

YallaPlay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the specific transaction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
